We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet these conditions:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All Golf Base Layers (Callaway, FootJoy, Galvin Green)
- All Golf Headwear (Adidas, Bridgestone, Callaway, Cobra, FootJoy, Galvin Green)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
We’ll email you within 1 business day with:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping address (Wells, UK)
- Any special instructions
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely and include:
- The original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- A note with your order number and return reason
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
Note: Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges (size or color changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the preferred replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Our error (wrong item shipped)
- Defective/damaged item
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund any original customs/duties fees
